📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting.
• Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.
• Use Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to streamline workflows.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions to meet client objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed record of all transactions and client interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Certification in real estate or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
