📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of retail and commercial buildings, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, addressing their concerns and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in retail or commercial settings.
• Proven experience in managing high-traffic properties and coordinating with multiple vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar facility management systems.
