📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we find the best talent for our team.
• Handle employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.
• Oversee office administration, including document management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support project managers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update HR databases using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal and financial teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit for Bali.
