In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our sales team and ensuring that our products are effectively distributed and promoted in the region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the sales team and ensure that they are meeting their targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that our products are effectively distributed and promoted in the region.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that our promotional activities are aligned with our sales objectives.,Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the agricultural sector.,Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and market trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
