📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and fairly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
