📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify potential candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with social media and online recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
