As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain positive employee relations and handle employee concerns.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth HR process.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage HR documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with performance management and employee relations best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
