Human Protalent Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team in Maluku Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR activities at our site, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for supporting our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the site, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including labor laws and company procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, providing fair and impartial resolutions.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure seamless integration of site operations with company-wide HR strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
