📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and optimize the company's insurance portfolio,Ensure comprehensive coverage for industrial and manufacturing clients,Conduct risk assessments and provide insurance recommendations,Maintain and update insurance policies and procedures,Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs,Negotiate and manage insurance premiums and renewals,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes,Provide training and support to staff on insurance matters🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector,Strong knowledge of insurance products and risk management,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with insurance software and systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid insurance license is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
