AETHER Lestari is seeking a Lead HR Manager to join our team in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR issues.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
