📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate IT projects and tasks.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Provide training and guidance to IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.,Knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
