📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules to meet production goals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies.,Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine and coffee.
