📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and tutorials,Write and maintain API documentation,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
