📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.

Manage and supervise the operational team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic organization.

Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
