📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Manage and supervise the work of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve workflow.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the business.
