📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain operational systems to prevent disruptions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.,Monitor and report on operational performance and metrics.,Provide support to the management team in the planning and execution of projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with operational systems and processes is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
