Depot Cahya Laundry is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
