EMBER Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance with regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse operations.,Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
