📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Monitor production output and report any issues or deviations to the production supervisor.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions or production issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the production supervisor.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of assembly equipment and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the workplace.
