In this role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition and HR operations, ensuring our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management systems and software.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
