Asia Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high-quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives as appropriate.,Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to ensure that the restaurant is a success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage cost control and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
