📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and antepartum care to patients.
  • Monitoring the health of mother and baby during pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Educating patients on prenatal and postnatal care, including nutrition, exercise, and hygiene.
  • Assisting in the delivery process, including performing necessary interventions.
  • Managing postpartum care and ensuring a smooth recovery for both mother and baby.
  • Collaborating with the medical team to provide coordinated and compassionate care.
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to enhance professional skills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Licensed Midwife with a valid midwifery license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in midwifery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
