📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages using our espresso machines, milk frothers, and other specialty equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized café workspace using our in-house cleaning supplies and daily maintenance schedule
• Assist customers with beverage selection and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic café environment
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive café atmosphere
• Participate in staff training and development programs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
• Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
