📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system (QuickBooks Point of Sale).
• Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the freshest and highest quality fruits.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring compliance with payment policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking new shipments.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
• Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting our commitment to freshness and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a grocery or fruit store.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Point of Sale (QB POS) or similar POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is required.
• Previous experience in a premium or organic retail setting is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of produce.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
