📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage machinery inventory and orders.
• Support the rental operations team in scheduling and delivering machinery to clients.
• Monitor machinery usage and performance, providing regular reports to the management.
• Assist in the training of new employees on machinery operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues related to machinery rental and usage.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in machinery maintenance or rental operations.
• Familiarity with machinery maintenance software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
