📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal documents and contracts using tools like Microsoft Word and LegalSoft.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advice.
• Provide administrative support during court proceedings and client meetings.
• Draft and review legal correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and provide practical legal advice.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to corporate and commercial law.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and solutions for client matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with corporate and commercial law practices and procedures.
