📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Providing legal advice and counsel to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant legal developments.
• Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes and litigations.
• Maintaining and updating legal records and compliance documents.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all business operations.
• Representing the company in legal matters as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, including contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in legal practice or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
