📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to manage order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of warehouse operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in a contract logistics environment.
• Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with warehouse management software such as WMS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
