📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development programs that align with our business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs using various learning technologies such as LMS (Learning Management System) and e-learning platforms.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening top talent for our organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in talent development and learning technologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
