📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct needs assessments and workshops to understand client business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement workforce transformation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft Power Platform to create data-driven solutions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to decision-makers on strategic workforce initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workforce transformation.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and resources for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, HR, or a similar role, with a focus on workforce transformation.
• Certifications in HR consulting, workforce transformation, or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices is a plus.
