📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the paint and coatings industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on the paint and coatings industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
