📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, delicious, and meet high quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following health and safety guidelines.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of all customers.,Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking supplies.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance baking skills and knowledge.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines and customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of creating high-quality baked goods.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate and knowledge of food safety regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
