📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D/3D and SketchUp
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure drawings are precise and up-to-date
• Prepare and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical support to the project team as needed
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction issues
• Maintain and organize project files and drawings
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and SketchUp
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards
