As an Accounting Specialist, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
Daily, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and managing payroll. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career within a supportive and collaborative team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis.
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
