In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our flagship locations across Bali’s most exclusive areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining and repairing our stores' infrastructure, ensuring that all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are in optimal condition. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand, and we are looking for a professional who can deliver exceptional service and attention to detail.

As a Maintenance Technician at BIASA, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. You will work on a variety of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to emergency repairs, using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and SAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and maintain store infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Use AutoCAD and SAP for planning and tracking maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and replacements.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Assist in the preparation of maintenance reports and budgets.
• Participate in training and development programs for continuous skill enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Certification in electrical and plumbing systems (e.g., NECA, NCCER, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with luxury retail environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations across Bali.
