Airbnb is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Query Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to improve search and discovery experiences for our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance search and discovery features,Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and solve complex problems,Improve the relevance and accuracy of search results using advanced machine learning techniques,Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency,Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and models,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering,Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch,Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks,Knowledge of search and information retrieval techniques,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and collaboration skills
