📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct air quality monitoring and noise level assessments to identify and mitigate occupational hazards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard evaluations to identify potential safety risks in mining operations.
• Provide training and guidance to mining teams on safety best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with mining teams to implement safety measures and ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety data and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial hygiene, with a focus on mining or similar high-risk industries.
• Certification as an Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using industrial hygiene software such as ALOHA, WorkPac, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
